Customers Are Complaining That Kylie Jenner's Eyeshadows Are Causing Headaches

According to their sources, within the past two weeks, over a dozen people have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau regarding the recently re-released palette, claiming that the products smell of "chemicals and glue" when opened and have caused "horrible headaches".

Customers described the odor as "spray paint" or "paint thinner", and one said it stunk so bad she put the whole package outside her house. For her makeup, Ariel Tejada kept it classic Kylie with one of her own nude-pink Kylie Lip Kits now on sale at the pop-up shop.

If Kylie Jenner has proven anything in the last few months, it's that she's super passionate about her business, and will do anything to make sure her customers are getting the best, legit products.

However, the cosmetics firm insisted it is safe to use and it's not been revealed whether it has chose to change the packaging.

The BBB report that Kylie Cosmetics launched an immediate investigation following the complaints and it was found to be an adhesive in the packaging that was causing the smell, with Kylie Cosmetics insisting that the palette is safe to use.

But the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star is said to be launching an appeal against the verdict with the United States' Patent and Trademark Office as she wants to use Kylie for her own fashion and beauty line.

Kylie's go-to glam team was behind her pop-up shop look, with Tokyo Stylez creating her bright peach wig.
