Huawei P10 Lite with 12MP rear camera, 4GB RAM launched in UK

Running on Android 7.0 Nougat, Huawei P10 Lite comes packed with a 5.2-inch full HD display coupled with a 2.5D curved glass and a metal frame. In camera department, 8MP front camera and a 12-megapixel rear module is provided which is not from Leica unlike the P10 and P10 plus.

The P10 lite will be available from 31st March in Midnight Black and Platinum gold for £299 and customers can pre-order the device today.

Having launched the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus the recent ended phone showcase; Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Shenzhen-based smartphone markers, Huawei Technologies Co.

Coming to the hardware on the P10 Lite, the device is rocking Huawei's homegrown HiSilicon Kirin 658 octa-core processor paired with 4GB of RAM and Mali T830MP2 GPU.

As for software, the Huawei P10 Lite is set to pack EMUI 5, as well as the Knuckle Sense functionality seen on previous flagships. The notable difference with the budget model is the fingerprint scanner which has moved at the back. On the front gets an 8-megapixel selfie snapper. A battery of 3000 mAh is provided which claims to offer a talktime of 21 hours. It measures 146.50 x 72.00 x 7.20 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 142.00 grams. In terms of connectivity, the phablet spots a 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS, and NFC. Sensors on the phone include Accelerometer. The HUawei P10 Lite will be available at no extra cost with this special plan.

The phone's design language is very much similar to the P10 flagships. Well, to recall, Huawei P10 and P10 Plus include the Leica branding on the camera, while P10 Lite lacks it.
