Kim Kardashian: 'Mentally Prepped' For Rape, Death During Paris Robbery

On Sunday's episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians", Kim Kardashian opened up about being robbed at gunpoint previous year in Paris.

Though she's returned to the spotlight since the robbery last fall, becoming active on social media and attending public events once again, the reality star still had not opened up about her traumatic experience in any interviews. "I was just crying and like 'tell them I have babies.'" Kim said that the robbers duct taped her mouth to make sure that she won't scream.

'I fully mentally prepped myself - and then he didn't.

The reality TV star was bound, gagged and held at gunpoint as armed men gained access to her private hotel suite in the French capital and stole millions of dollars' worth of jewellery and electronics.

But the robbers, who were dressed in police uniforms during the October 2016 crime, spared her life.

"I was Snapchatting that I was home and that everyone was going out, so I think they knew that [bodyguard] Pascal was out with Kourtney [Kardashian] and that I was by myself", she said. "They're just over-exposed", said Shuter. "It was just something we felt we wanted to do - something that we had to do", the photographer whose idea it was for Kim's "favorite French paps" to send her their wishes told People.

"I was in the club with Kourtney", she recalled. "He grabs my legs and I wasn't, you know, I had no clothes on under", she said.

During the show, Kardashian West spoke through tears as she recounted the terrifying ordeal to sisters Khloé and Kourtney. They threw her onto the bed, while the hotel concierge, who was handcuffed in the room with her, served as a translator. He turned out to be the concierge. Khloe Kardashian, 32, then asks: "Do you think we have enough security?" "He ended up being our interpreter because I couldn't understand them, they couldn't understand me".

Meanwhile, her husband, Kanye West, stopped his performance at The Meadows Music & Arts Festival in NY immediately after hearing of her attack, to join her.

When they dragged her out to the landing in the light, her fight or flight response kicked in. "Like, am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back?" I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision. Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed. "There's no way out".

The parents of North, 3, and Saint, 1, then made a game plan of how they'd act in front of their children.

'I couldn't understand them, they couldn't understand me. Please I have a family.

In the testimony, she also said she has no plans to return to Paris.

As E! shares, Kim was by herself in her Paris apartment-after enjoying Paris Fashion Week with sister Kourtney-when she heard footsteps in the wee hours of the morning.

"So I slid off my bed, picked up my phone, and was like, 'I don't know how to call 911 in a different country, '" she cried. "While I'm being tied up, I'm like, 'Are we going to die?"

Although she did lose her things - including her engagement ring from West - and will have to live with what happened that day for the rest of her life, she's right.
