New Photo Emerges Showing How Woman Really Reacted To Terrorist Attack

A young muslim woman was subjected to racist abuse on social media after being pictured walking over Westminster Bridge, past a crowd of people tending to one of Khalid Masood's victims.

While social media users are criticizing her for appearing indifferent to what happened, others leapt to her defence, saying a close look at the photo shows that she's terrified and probably informing her loved ones about her safety.

But despite the negative comments surrounding the image, Lorriman said that the stronger reaction came from those who rushed to her defense - that is enough reason to still have faith in mankind.

A number of high-profile extremists, such as Richard Spencer and Milo Yiannopoulos, used social media to reinforce the narrative.

"I couldn't possibly tell you what that woman was thinking after what she had witnessed, and I was there - so somebody behind a keyboard could not either".

Mr Lorriman told ABC that he didn't think the woman was insensitive.

The freelancer, who was underneath Westminster Bridge when the attack took place, said: "In the other picture in the sequence she looks truly distraught ... personally I think she looks distressed in both pictures". The woman would have seen people under buses - she had just walked past the worst of it.

"So many other people were walking all over the place - everybody that was on the ground had someone with them, if everybody had stopped and tried to help you would never have been able to help anyone".

"Muslim woman pays no mind to the terror attack, casually walks by a dying man while checking phone", he wrote underneath the photo, according to the Daily Mail. Which she would be, most likely being British and bang in the middle of a terror attack'. It's hardly surprising that nobody thought it important to share this tweet as widely as the first, because, after all, apparently a white man "not doing anything" is not as outrageous as a Muslim woman "not doing anything", since Muslims are believed to be the cause of all terror attacks in this world.

Soon after the tweet went viral, people took to the micro-blogging site to shut down trollers talking ill of a girl without knowing the context.
