The Hardys Reincarnate 'Obsolete' TNA Tag Team Championships

By now, we know that Matt and Jeff Hardy's WWE return is nearly good as confirmed.

The situation surrounding The Hardy Boyz continues to take an unexpected and entertaining path every day, but the general assumption now is that Broken Matt and Brother Nero will be back in Vince McMahon's company relatively soon, and it could happen as early as WrestleMania weekend.

It remains to be seen how the WWE plans to bypass the legal trouble that will no doubt follow if they do air the Broken gimmick on their programming. At this time, the Hardys are not expected to be doing the gimmick for Ring of Honor's iPPV show the night before WrestleMania.

That prompted a response from Matt, where he replied: "Did someone say #BROKEN?" There have also been rumors of them possibly winning the RAW tag titles as surprise entrants in what is now booked as a three-way match for the belts.

WWE and Broken Matt have been at it again on social media, and they're not doing a great job of being subtle if a return is on the cards.

Matt Hardy, of course, responded in his own special way.

He replied: "YEEEAAAASSS, it was absolutely..." But while many are asking whether they would return with their recent gimmicks as The Broken Hardys or as the Hardy Boyz who made it big in WWE's Attitude Era, others are wondering whether Matt and Jeff Hardy could make it back in time for WrestleMania 33 on April 2 in Orlando.

In the meantime, Matt Hardy reacted to the post by WWE.
