Jio Samsung Galaxy S8 Offer Gives Double Data Benefit for 8 Months

The Reliance Jio is attracting billions of clients with its incredible offers. The Rs. 509 Jio plan, which offers 2GB data per day, is not part of the Samsung offer as of now. You can do 300 minutes of calling per day from Airtel to Airtel (1200 minutes in a week) and for other networks, 3,000 minutes of free local and STD calls for 70 days. As a result of intensified data war between telecos, data tariffs have come down across most networks as well.

If you do not use calls to communicate with your friends and family much, you can go with the base Rs. 244 plan.

Reliance Jio customers buying Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S8 Plus will be eligible for Jio's "double data" offer where on a recharge of Rs 309, they can avail 448 GB of 4G data over 8 months.

Rival Airtel, on the other hand, has promised "the best worldwide roaming rates" to users with its "Double Your Holiday Surprises" offer.

Reliance Jio has rolled out its global tariffs, including ISD rate cutter plans which offers worldwide calling at as low as Rs 3 per minute.

Under this offer, the user will get 1GB of 4G data per day for 70 days.

Airtel has launched its new data-oriented plan at Rs. 399 only. Apart from this data usage, the voice calling packs remain same as in Rs. 399 plan.

Fine print: The free voice calling limitations as seen in the Rs. 399 plan apply for the Rs. 345 plan as well. But if you are a heavy data user and make calls a lot, you must cough up Rs. 345 every 28 days. Worldwide calls to countries including Bangladesh, USA, Singapore, New Zealand, UK, Belgium, Brazil, Hungary, Mongolia, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden and more can be made at Rs 3 per minute. If you're a new customer, you'll need to pay Rs. 99 extra towards Jio Prime membership.
