Micro Machines World Series Trailer and Screens Present Battle Modes

Micro Machines World Series Trailer and Screens Present Battle Modes

As well as bringing to you the classic game modes like Race and Elimination, Micro Machines World Series will introduce a new style of game play to the series: Battle Mode. Well, those itty-bitty cars make their video game return this summer with Micro Machines World Series.

As you might've spied back in January, Deep Silver and Codemasters are working on a new Micro Machines game, named Micro Machines World Series. Unfortunately for Nintendo Switch fans like myself, however, it looks like Micro Machines: World Series isn't coming to Nintendo's console. As well as the core racing modes there will be Battle Modes which place up to 12 drivers into the same arena for competitive multiplayer games such as Capture the Flag and 6v6 Team Deathmatch. There will still be the single player and 4 player local races but now gamers will be able to enter into larger 12 player online races.

The trailer also reveals up to twelve players can compete in a race, plus the addition of new weapons and new game modes.

Codemasters claims that each of the 12 vehicle types on offer will have its own unique weapon systems, making for some strategic choices during selection, as well as adding to the madness that is the average Micro Machines experience.
