Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino pledges immediate future to club

Mauricio Pochettino has promised he will be at Tottenham next season, saying he has no reason to leave the club. For top players, if some clubs are paying double salary, how are you going to convince them?

"It's a special bond and I don't think you always get that at clubs, that's why we've got to hold onto that, make that motivate us to hopefully be out there next year at Wembley lifting a Premier League together".

The 45-year-old added: "You need younger players, like [England midfielder] Dele Alli, who preferred to come here than another club". Spurs still have two games to play while Everton have only one, suggesting that Kane could still take over the Belgian.

At the forefront of this incredible run has been Kane and Alli, who between them have 39 goals in the Premier League. "When pre-season starts on July 3, you will see".

"Now we have time, going to Hong Kong [for a post-season tour next week], to work a lot and try to analyse, assess, all the season. At the start of the season I was missing some sitters, but I've been working hard with the staff on the training field to make sure I start putting those chances away".

Tottenham Hotspur can not compete with their Premier League rivals offering huge wages in the transfer market despite securing a Champions League berth for the upcoming season, manager Mauricio Pochettino has said.

The Argentine signed a contract extension a year ago which would keep him at Spurs until 2021 but there has been some media speculation about a move to Barcelona or Italy's Inter Milan. The Champions League "pot" amounts to €1.257bn, so it's fair to say that most clubs want a slice of that.

His side were eventual champions Chelsea's only serious challengers for the past weeks just as they were Leicester's last season before a drastic loss of form in their final few games allowed Arsenal to push them into third on the last day of the season.

"No, no buy-out clause in my contract. I will stay here next season". I think it'll be the best stadium in England to be honest with you.

They just missed out on the title this year, but have being installed amongst the favourites at 8/1 in the football betting for the 2017/18 season, and may be worth backing at that price if you use one of the various bookmakers' welcome offers, such as the bet £10, get £30 bonuses compiled by comparison sites such as Oddschecker.

A lot of teams in this position would go out in the summer and try to strengthen every position but they have a strong backup and starters in nearly every position.

"It's true we can not change the table but it's important for us now to try to win, for us to compete".

"Every season we try to improve, and next season and the season after when we move to the new stadium we want to not only try to keep the performance but also win trophies".

"Two months ago all of us spoke about the situation and we all agreed that if we did not get to the FA Cup final, we would need to help the club and go there and spend four or five days".
