Conte, 3 other managers who won the EPL in their first season

The Manchester United boss was the first manager to win the Premeir League title in his first season in charge of the club.

"If you asked me if in my first season I would have this type of finale, I don't know because our season did not start in the right way with many problems. We have some of the best defenders in the world, we are a quality team". "He is a great player, a great talent", said Conte.

It is probably a combination of all of the above. "And he must understand that he is a great player and never forget this". And they are certainly on the ambitious end of things.

On a tricky night for Chelsea, it was Conte's decision to withdraw a disappionting Eden Hazard for Batshuayi which proved crucial when the 23-year-old popped up six-yards out to turn home Cesar Azpilicueta's low driven cross. Even in a moment of celebration and fun, Conte instantly got focused when talking about the mechanics of the sport. He also convinced centre back David Luiz to return to Chelsea after a two-year stint with Paris Saint-Germain.

"They went to a back three, changed a couple of players, and then won 13 games on the spin, which was an incredible turnaround for a team that had struggled. All the fans will be very happy now".

Antonio Conte and his players were able to take the acclaim on a lap of honour after the final whistle in an ill-tempered but thrilling encounter.

"I think Conte has adapted to the Premier League quicker and has gone and changed", he said on Sky Sports.

I found the strength to change, and take the responsibility to change system and find a new approach for these players.

The 28th victory of the season gave the Antonio Conte-led side three points, which mean they hold an unassailable 10-point advantage over Tottenham.

They also quote him saying: "They followed me, we won".

In a side filled with stars, the one player who possibly stood out was Belgian global Eden Hazard, who is being touted as a player who could even give Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo a run for their money in the race for the Ballon d'Or.

The Italian said he and his squad had only "started to do our work". "In my mind there was this option to play a 3-4-3 because I knew I had the players to do that", Conte said. Full credit to him.

With the FA Cup final against Arsenal to come, Conte has a chance to match his Italian counterpart Carlo Ancelotti in completing Chelsea's second League and Cup Double.
