Latest 'Game of Thrones' promises lots of surprises - and violence

If you're more of a reader, you can check out this thorough breakdown from Ed Power at The Telegraph, or read through each season's summary at the Game of Thrones wiki. "But we don't know whether they're related", he noted to Entertainment Tonight at Wednesday night's premiere.

After Tommen killed himself in response, Cersei took the Iron Throne for herself. If these three do unite, this leaves just Bran whose whereabouts is unknown. According to showrunner Dan Weiss, with winter finally arriving after having been on the approach for the past six seasons, the producers no longer have any use for sunny weather.

The "Game of Thrones" cast has been making the rounds recently, doing endless publicity for the start of Season 7, which begins airing Sunday evening.
