Shah Rukh Khan gets honorary membership of Jodhpur Guide Association

In Jaipur, Shah Rukh had a mouth-watering traditional Rajasthani thali to gorge on. "I hope I have come close to what you all do in real life", Shah Rukh said in a statement. It's fantastic and really nice.

Shah Rukh was on a two-day visit to Jaipur, but had his schedule altered to accept an Honorary Membership accorded to him by the Jodhpur Tourist Guide Association on Friday. It was my desire to visit Jodhpur and it is for the first time that I am playing the role of a guide in a film. The Jodhpur Guide Association felicitated Shah Rukh with a membership and badge as a token to mark the association.

The Jodhpur Tourist Guide Association of Rajasthan approached Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan with an honorary membership as a pleasant gesture marking his upcoming movie "Jab Harry met Sejal" where Shah Rukh Khan plays the role of tour guide. Recently, she posted a screenshot of Jab Harry Met Sejal's latest song Beech Beech Mein and captioned the song as, "current favourite!" The actor took his Membership quite seriously as he was immediately seen taking a tour of the Mehrangarh Fort in Rajasthan.

Shah Rukh took no time to get into the skin of a Rajasthani guide as he went on to visit one of the largest forts in Rajasthan donning a pagadi and greeting his tourists saying, "Khamma Ghani".

"Jab Harry Met Sejal" is slated to hit the screens on August 4, 2017.

Khan released the song "Butterfly" from his upcoming film Jab Harry Met Sejal couple of days back, where the fans had a glimpse of his Punjabi avatar.
