Trump administration deception 'is mind-boggling — Fox's Shepard Smith

Jared Kushner and the whole White House gang for repeatedly lying about their contacts with Russian Federation during the 2016 election. While the rest of the network is either convincing its viewers that colluding with Russian Federation to torpedo a rival presidential candidate is no biggie or somehow still blaming Hillary for everything, a video from Friday's episode of Shepard Smith Reporting shows Smith and Wallace treating the story as the bombshell it is.

It was after this new information came in that Smith went off, seemingly unable to hold back his criticism.

Even Fox News hosts like Shepard Smith are freaking out about the new Trump-Russia revelations.

Shepard Smith had another one of his trademark, great-TV, Fox News-rogue moments yesterday when, already in conversation with colleague Chris Wallace, he got news that as many as eight people were in that controversial 2016 Donald Trump Jr. meeting. Noting that they've been told that nothing came out of the meeting, Wallace explained that these new reports show that the White House and those involved are not being forthcoming with these details until the media comes out with them.

The president often retweets clips from Fox News programming, particularly Fox & Friends, and promotes appearances by his family members on the channel. "My grandmother used to say, 'Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive'". "Very important stuff, you can go to prison for messing it up - you know, intentionally". The deception, Chris, is mind-boggling.

"There are still people out there who believe we're making it up, and one day they're going to realize we're not and look around and go, "Where are we? And why are we getting told all these lies?'"

Wallace said everybody who served on the Trump campaign or in the White House should come forward with every single contact they have ever had with a Russian.

"There's been lying about who you talk to, and by lots of people and nearly inevitably and invariably", he said at the time.
