What We Know About the 'Game of Thrones' Spinoffs - So Far

We had a good time, playing music, trying to keep warm. But in a shocking twist, Snow wakes up in the season 6 premiere, thanks to Melisandre's magic.

Moving on to a battle and bloodshed, the series shocked fans as they watched Jon nearly lose his life to a White Walker. Bran is now the only person with this knowledge - that we know of - and he is travelling to Winterfell with the news.

Could this mean that Jon is now a fire wight, too? You wanna go back way over there? So she's a real challenge for him and she knows that.

Davos helped him to escape from Dragonstone, putting him on a small boat off the island.

Joe Dempsie, the actor who you may remember played young Gendry WAY back in season 3, has confirmed that his character has finally stopped rowing!

But that was when Littlefinger, at Sansa's request, rode in to the rescue, accompanied by the Knights of the Vale.

Will the series' penultimate season then angle back to, as Martin has intended, the battle between fire and ice?

For anyone who hasn't been keeping up to date, the show is an epic tale of the battle for the Iron Throne of the Seven Kingdoms. Could this deal be struck again between Jon and Daenerys? How will Sam Tarly negotiate the Maesters and their labyrinth-like library? They don't, however, agree on who will do the killing. Well, Sam for one. It's a bit like watching Sir Alex Ferguson building his Manchester United empire up with Roy Keane as Jon Snow! The premise is simple: you and your friends make predictions as to which characters will die this season. He must be on to something and that could be the chief reason Martin had elected to free up significant amount of time and focus on that project. Bran took over as the three-eyed raven, so he should play a big role in the final two seasons on "Thrones". Will Cersei and Euron Greyjoy (aka Tag Team Evil) obliterate some of their less intimidating enemies, like Olenna Tyrell (the Queen of Thorns) and Ellaria Sand (and her daughters, the underwhelming-so-far Sand Snakes)? If he could control Daenerys' dragons that would be a huge blow to her.

Will she come for Cersei, the Mountain or others next? But while his new powers give him fantastic abilities, and he may save the day before the end, magic has all but taken over his life, and that has to have its consequences.

Azor Ahai and the Prince That Was Promised are spoken about a lot by Melissandre who initially believed that Stannis was the reincarnation of him. However, in the book series she's later returned to life using the magic of the Red God (in the same way as Beric Dondarrian and Jon Snow) and becomes a vengeful zombie known as Lady Stoneheart, murdering Freys wherever she finds them.

One of the things that makes Game of Thrones so addictive is how much there is to talk about and analyze with fellow Thrones fans after each episode and before the next.
