Xiaomi 5X launching on July 26 with 6GB RAM

After the rumor about Xiaomi is working on a new sub-brand, a new leak just came up about the first smartphone under this sub brand. So, the new Mi 5X will be a mid-range phone with dual camera setup. The phone comes with the 6.44-inch display and has powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 Processor. While no hard evidence of the LanMi launch exists, Xiaomi has recently shown a lot of interest in the Offline market launching several POS stores in it's main markets including one in India. The speculated launch is dated as July 26 but there is no official confirmation from company's side till now. The upcoming mid range smartphone has been leaked online. The Mi 5X according to the poster will be priced at RMB 1999 which is roughly Rs. 19,000. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage. So, we aren't sure about the authencity of the newly leaked poster, and chances are that the specs might change in the final product. The smartphone is likely to launch in gold and black color variants. On the design front, the upcoming Xiaomi phone is expected to feature an all-metal body that looks fairly premium, despite being a mid-ranged smartphone. The poster does not mention anything in regards to the resolution of the display, so that is something that will have to wait until details are revealed by Xiaomi.

A report by a Chinese news website - MyDrivers leaked two weeks ago reveals that the new brand as highlighted earlier is supposed to focus on offline sale strategy mainly, unlike Redmi and Mi that aims at online sales.

Xiaomi 5X - First Xiaomi Lanmi Phone? With the companies like Oppo and Vivo, the company has further announced to compete.

The phone consists of the 12-megapixel camera on the rear and has a 5-megapixel camera on the front and is supported by a massive 5,300Mah battery.
