Tim Tebow does it for the fans

Tim Tebow fan or not, you have to love this.

Now, he's added a heartwarming highlight, this time on the baseball diamond.

The Tampa Bay Times notes that Tebow, playing for the St. Lucie Mets, was taking warm-up cuts in the on-deck circle in the seventh inning of a game.

But he made his way down from the seats his parents had behind home plate, over to the backstop netting near the Mets' on-deck circle.

During the sweet moment, Seth Bosch (then 9 years old) got Tebow's attention during a delay that was due to a conference on the mound, and Tebow went over to the young boy.

Cue the tears and the plinky-plunky music. The Mets prospect came over and the two shook hands.

But in his at bat Tebow would rock a three run home-run and we can only believe he dedicated that one to most likely, his new number one fan.

After the game, Tebow and Seth met again and Ileanna took pictures of them.

"When Seth came back to his seat, he was crying", Ileanna Bosch, Seth's mother, told the newspaper. Tebow hasn't exactly lit it up at the plate, but he has hit better since being promoted, improving his batting average (from.220 to.248) and OPS (.648-.725). "And then Tim hit the homer, I started crying too. I think God brought Seth and Tim together".
