Smartphone LG V30 will be released in the Plus version

Smartphone LG V30 will be released in the Plus version

While the LG V30 has already been up for discussion for quite a while now, the LG V30 Plus is expected to come with more features and advantages.

The South Korean phone vendor teases that the device "will include the world's largest aperture and clearest lens ever to be featured in a smartphone".

LG confirmed earlier this month that the company will be launching its #V30 smartphone on August 31, right after the official IFA event concludes. The LG V30 and LG V30 Plus are expected to come with 64 GB and 128 GB of internal storage respectively. Unfortunately, users who might be planning to go with the LG V30 Plus instead of the LG V30 will be disappointed, as the LG V30 Plus is only planned to be released in South Korea. According to the rumors, V30 plus will support wireless charging and the better audio system.

LG also claims the V30 wide angle camera has 30% lower edge distortion compared to the V20's.

The LG V30 might get a powerful Plus version

It's all coming down to this, is LG V30 Plus worth its price? Tech Radar reported that Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and LG V30 Plus will go on sale on three local carriers on September 15, making it hard for customers to narrow down to a single device. Moreover, both phones will have the same display, processor, RAM, cameras, battery and IP68 rating.

LG did the same with the LG G6, with the LG G6 Plus offering more storage and some improvements such as better audio quality, additional colors, and B&O headphones included in the box.

The LG camera phone V30 will be released much before its expected deadline and its blueprint has been leaked online. However, this is the first time that LG will launch the base version of a smartphone and its Plus variant at the same time. If you had your mind set on Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note 8 phablet, it's not going to be an easy call.

A new rumor just broke pertaining to LG's future handsets just broke out, and it's a rather saucy one - apparently, there might be two devices unveiled on stage on August 31, with a so-called LG V30 Plus joining the fray.
