Lawsuit: Adrian Peterson owes $600000 on defaulted loan

Peterson's numbers weren't impressive with the Saints - 81 yards in 27 carries - but Arizona coach Bruce Arians said he liked what he saw.

Adrian Peterson isn't the first great player to disappear into obscurity in the desert.

Three days after the Saints signed Peterson, New Orleans traded up to draft Alvin Kamara in the third round, and the rookie has been a playmaker right away, averaging 5.5 yards per carry and hauling in 20 catches over the first four games. The time we were able to spend throughout the offseason and through training camp and even into the first few weeks - I know, obviously, it was frustrating for him not to be able to get the reps that he was accustomed to getting and I think what he had hoped for and planned for.

Peterson was a first round pick selected by the Minnesota Vikings back in 2007 and not only went on to become the most successful running back in the franchise's history, but one of the best running backs the National Football League has ever seen. "I'm not going to get into all of that". "So no matter who is here or wherever I'm at, I'm always going to compete, I'm going to fight and put my best foot forward". He still has a lot of juice left in the tank. And I'm hoping that he goes and proves it in Arizona.

Adrian Peterson remains a big name, but none of our trio of Fantasy experts expects much from him in Arizona Wildcats - none have him inside of the top-48 even after his trade to the Arizona Cardinals Tuesday.

"All the experience he has, he was trying to funnel as much as he could into me", Kamara said. Hard worker - that's all I've heard about him.

Payton has long said he views depth as important at running back, a physical position where injuries are common. I know he's been wanting those carries and those snaps. But Payton offered a vote of confidence to undrafted rookie Trey Edmunds, who made the team as a special teams regular and Daniel Lasco, a 2016 seventh-round draft pick now on practice squad.

AP recounted his Hail Mary for a starting RB gig after Cardinals practice today - "Hey, God, I need you to answer this prayer for me".

Said Ingram: "I'm happy for him". I do appreciate him for that.
