UFC Fight Night 121: Mark Hunt replaced with Fabricio Werdum

Mark Hunt issued an expletive-filled message to UFC President Dana White after the heavyweight fighter was removed from the UFC Fight Night show in Sydney, Australia, on November 19.

The No. 5 "Super Samoan" took to social media to voice his displeasure over the removal with UFC president Dana White.

To say that Hunt is irrate about the situation is an understatement.

Fromer heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum will take his place on the card, the Brazilian fresh off a dominant submission win over Walt Harris at UFC 216 in Las Vegas this past weekend.

'My memory is not that good anymore'. "And spent ($) 100,000 on camp", Hunt said in a series of posts on Facebook. On Tuesday, Ultimate Fighting Championship officials confirmed that Hunt had been removed from main event slot after the promotion became aware of a recent article the heavyweight contender wrote for Australia's Players Voice last month in which the 2001 K-1 World Grand Prix champion admitted that he had been suffering from worrying signs of chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE). "That's just the price I've paid - the price of being a fighter", he continued.

Hunt detailed the head trauma issues gained from a long career in MMA and the UFC reacted immediately to his comments, but 43-year-old insisted he was "misquoted".

The former kickboxer also stated his belief that the UFC's decision stems from an ongoing lawsuit between the fighter and the company in relation to his defeat - which was later overturned to a "no contest" - against Brock Lesnar in July 2016. I'll forget something I did yesterday, but I can remember the s**t I did years and years ago.

Lesnar was Hunt's third consecutive opponent who had tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs.

Hunt filed a civil lawsuit against the UFC in January after Lesnar failed two doping tests following their bout a year ago. "The organization will require that Hunt undergo further testing and evaluations prior to competing in any future UFC bout".

"The interview has been taken out of context and want to reassure all my fans, I slur my words only when I have a drink I'm fit and healthy, and would have understood if the UFC requested a medical to ensure my safety, however this is total bull**it f**k you Dana, you've always hated me you dog".
