Doctor Seen Berating Patient Before Booting Her From Clinic

- Gainesville police were called to an after-hours clinic after a heated confrontation between a patient and a doctor that was caught on video.

The dispute continues as Stipes daughter reassures her mom that it's okay and she had been filming the whole thing as she says to the doctor: "Okay you can get out of her face".

The doctor concerned at the Gainesville After-Hours Clinic, 926 NW 13th St., Peter Gallogly, is now under criminal investigation, Gainesville Police spokesman Officer Ben Tobias said, according to The Gainesville Sun. "Go to the ER and wait for nine hours", the doctor said in the video. She said the doctor was "mad" and "when he saw it was being recorded he snatched my baby's phone and shoved her when she tried to get it back". He also apparently tried to delete the footage before throwing the phone back at her.

"Are you kidding me?"

The video, he said, was heavily edited and taken out of context.

Stipe said she was "miserable" and wanted to go home before the doctor replied: "Then fine".

The video, which can be viewed below, shows Peter Gallogly arguing with Stipe about the wait time. "I got seven rooms back there".

Stipe's daughter, who was recording the incident on a cellphone, then asked the doctor for his name.

Gallogly reveals to Stipe that he's as of now run a pee test on her before logically asking her, "Does that take 3 seconds, you think?"

A person who answered the phone at the Gainesville After-Hours Clinic on Thursday declined to comment, but a statement on the medical center's Facebook page states that there was more to the exchange.

The Gainesville Sun reported that police are investigating the incident that occurred Monday at Gainesville After-Hours Clinic.

The doctor released a statement to FOX 35 saying,"Ms. Stipe had been increasingly belligerent and abusive to office staff, cursing them and threatening them with violence", allegations which she has denied.

"At the end of the events, I most regrettably lost my temper, and spoke to the women in a most unprofessional manner", Gallogly continued. "I make no excuses for my unacceptable behavior", Gallogly wrote.

"To those of you who support me you have my heartfelt thanks", she wrote. "But please appreciate that the video is but the last minute or two of a very abusive tirade against my office staff by the two women".
